I am a writer, sociologist, prison abolitionist, womanist, and intersectional feminist whose radical healing and educational work interrogates social constructs, affirms Blackness and centers marginalized and oppressed folks.

I am the founder of The Interrupt Series, a virtual workshop and lecture program dedicated to producing anti-racism curriculum and providing education and resources to interrupt racism and patriarchy.

As a coach I hold space for my clients, help them to trust themselves and assert boundaries, witness them as they develop language to to name their feelings and create safety so that they are free to feel every single emotion that rises up.Born and raised in Los Angeles, I reside on unceded Tongva land with my partner and children, where I work to make my ancestors proud and leave a just, equitable society for my descendants.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into Interrupting 1:1 and the digital nature of this service there is no refund policy for this program. 

Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that refunds are not offered for any portion of your payment for the Interrupting 1:1 and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. 

By using and/or purchasing this program, you understand and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

Can I buy now and start later?

Once you complete your registration, we will schedule your first session to begin within 6 weeks or as soon as a spot opens up.

One of the major benefits of this work is consistency, so starting as soon as possible and meeting weekly 3x a month is going to give you the result you want to create.

All sessions must be redeemed within 6 months from the original start date. 


What if I don't want to get started that soon?

No worries! Submit a new application and if there is space, we can schedule another consultation when you're ready to start!


How often should we meet?

We should meet 3x a month, once a week for 4 months.


How do I schedule my appointments?

You provide 3 days and times that work best for you and that's it! You'll receive notifications of your appointment dates and times to add to your calendar. You will have a standing appointment for your sessions and the freedom to reschedule as needed.


Can I purchase coaching more than once?

Absolutely! Provided there are spaces available, if you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, you can simply purchase the coaching again.

If you'd like to keep your spot in Interrupting 1:1, you can renew your coaching before you complete your current package.
